IGA STORES - general news

BFS and their drivers would greatly appreciate it, if stores can please have return pallets accessible and ready for collection.  The pallets need to be stacked preferably in stacks of  up to 12 high in a neat and tidy fashion with chep and loscam separated.

Stores and freight yards can now receive notification from BFS as to when their load is estimated to arrive and pallet types and numbers.  This can be in the form of an email or text message.  It can also be sent to two contacts.
To set this up please ring Richy on 0400 341 909 Mon - Fri. 8am - 4pm

You can request a login to review your current and previous delivery details etc by contacting Richy on

To ensure safe unloading practices, drivers are only to have one pallet on the tail lift at any one time whilst unloading.  If you observe any driver putting more than 1 on at a time, please phone as this can have serious repercussions.  If possible please obtain the drivers name and make available any video footage of this breach.    Thank you.  0400 341 909
